8. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider). The arbitration shall take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
No Class Actions: You agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.
9. Force Majeure
STRDL will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
10. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and STRDL regarding the use of the Services.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: STRDL’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without STRDL’s prior written consent. STRDL may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
